This was one of my favourite meals at this place to date. Back when winter was just moving into spring, it was also one of the widest repertoires of flavours and cooking so far. The peas, the pasta, unagi and hotaru ika were on point, with a good balance against the looming spring vegetables.. it is always nice to try the core dishes like the aged salmon which has varying taste and texture through the seasons. Also, great pairings for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic are excellent..
