Back at @llisanegra_qd after 4 years and its beautiful sea urchin piece by @anadocavo ❤️. Massive improvements with special note to the initial caviar, the most original yet epic caramelized ensalladilla, a lovely steak tartare with properly cut meat, and still one of the best Tartas de queso around. Valencia is definetely a must for those who pretend to go on holidays to visit cities and not restaurants 🤓
