I really did all the research (local and international chefs, foodies, etc) to explore Bangkok’s buzzling food scene on 2 extensive food trips in the last weeks, tasted practically everything from hole-in-the-walls, unknown street food vendors to high-end awarded fine dining establishments.
And this lady cooked the most comforting meal of all of them: her casual eatery’s Thai dishes somehow resonated with my tastebuds so well, that I’ve even returned to take a big bag of edible souvenirs for the family back home.
