The higuma sausage on top of potato was outstanding, with the rich bear flavour and texture matched with the sauce. It is a bit of a journey to get there from pretty much anywhere but this is a place but worth the journey.. the space is beautiful also, perched slightly on a hill.. it isn't the easiest place to find either, but recommended!
