Plenitude 1st visit — one of Paris’ hottest new restaurants located in Cheval Blanc Hotel, by the celebrated chef Arnaud Donckele. The focus here are the sauces, served from separate containers, guests are invited to taste the sauce before the dishes. Favorite was the sardine with citron vert vinaigrette, perfect balance of acidity and umami. 3 stars worthy. •
