Koke 1st visit — a new innovative restaurant in Kyoto with Spanish influence. Beautiful space reminiscent of the new Aca1 in Tokyo. Great service and accommodating staff. The dishes were original and well executed. Loved the green pee with soy custard, boiled cabbage and the final tomato congee/risotto, which reminded me of gumbo. Great potential. •
