Yamaguchi-san is not serving typical sushi. Our crab course started with five different types of crab in seven preparations, followed by some bycatch shrimp and whelk, then on to nigiri. Superb flavors, delicate shari, and great saké pairings. A must-go, 100% worth the trip. Less
