@barriopicante.au are responsible for these slow cooked beef quesabirrias.

Drippy, cheesy, meaty- you'll make a mess all over your mouth, fingers and the floor!

Owners Cristian Calle and Cinthya Negrete use brisket, osso bucco and chuck steak.

They season and smoke it for three hours, ahead of a 16-hour slow braise until the meat collapses in a heap.
