Each pincho was carefully crafted and paired perfectly with drinks. The dorayaki was an unexpected combination, with the subtly sweet dorayaki and the sweet-salty tuna creating a striking dish. The cheese with quince jam was also incredibly addictive.- Bream GazpachoThis elegant dish highlighted the mild deliciousness of the bream, enhanced by the rich gazpacho.- Grilled Aged Beef from Shiga SakaeyaThe meat became sweeter with each bite, harmonizing beautifully with the rich aroma of the charcoal grill.- Squid Ink Paella with Alioli SauceAn undeniable masterpiece. The rich umami of the squid ink and the creaminess of the alioli sauce were impressive.
