Back at @restaurant_klinker in Hamburg after a rather long absence — and quite a lot has changed. Dinner yesterday was very tasty, built around enjoyable bold flavors. The wine list, meanwhile, has improved so much that it was what lured me back in the first place. Just please don’t drink it dry before I return.
