Reunion with one of my all-time favorite desserts anywhere in the world: @cosmenyc’s Corn Husk Meringue. A crisp corn meringue with burnt corn husk, filled with savory-sweet corn mousse and burnt vanilla cream, then finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. Best enjoyed by smashing everything together into one perfect bite.
