I requested the specialty course with pairings. I was pleasantly surprised by how these ingredients transformed into Spanish dishes, completely changing my previous perceptions of Spanish cuisine. I had a delicious and joyful time. It's surprisingly not difficult to make a reservation... I would love to visit again.
