It used to allow photography, but recently it has become prohibited. That’s a bit disappointing!Here’s the order of the course:- Kyokou Jidori Chicken Breast Skewers- Hyuganatsu Burrata Cheese- Takasaka Chicken Thigh Skewers- Segimo Skewers- Asparagus- Takasaka Chicken Drumette Skewers- Liver Skewers- Shizuoka Amela Tomatoes with Cheese- Takasaka Chicken Thigh Skewers- Takasaka Chicken Soufflé with Truffle- Fukuoka Hakata Jidori Chicken Wing Skewers- Chicken Soup RisottoThis is the course menu. The jidori chicken is grilled slowly, resulting in quite large yakitori! Using the rare Takasaka chicken, the skin is grilled to a perfect crisp, concentrating the flavors, making it incredibly delicious! Truly excellent yakitori! The side dishes were also well-prepared and very good.I really wish I could have taken some photos. Everything was so delicious. It was a great meal! Less
