This year, I was fortunate enough to enjoy the large clams twice! At il AOYAMA, they present the clams beautifully arranged before serving, and they are already removed from their shells for easy eating. The size of these clams is impressive, comparable to that of a large clam, and they are all perfectly uniform. It really gets you excited! For my main dish, I had the Omi beef, but the cutlet next to me looked so delicious that I couldn't resist taking a photo of it. Thank you for a delightful and elegant dining experience.
