These breakfast tacos are no joke, either — compact bites of soft, pliant flour tortillas bursting with flavor — smoked brisket in the Little Honkin’, or your choice of sausage or bacon. All come with eggs, soft home-fried potatoes, and an appropriately modest amount of melted cheddar. You can go line up at Franklin BBQ around the same time if you want, but at least send someone to Two Goose to fetch breakfast tacos to tide you over till lunch.
