The best (and hardest) part of visiting @interstellarbbq is figuring out which of the many unexpected treats you are going to sample vs. what’s on the regular menu.

From the regular (but not ordinary) menu: lean brisket, a delightfully tender, juicy lamb shoulder taco, and the "STX" pork hash - think S. Carolina hash and rice meets Texas chili spice.

From the specials board: a coil of lamb merguez with a surprisingly thick, minty scoop of labneh and cool, tangy nopalitos salad with a big pop of pepetas.
