Chefs @chefadolfo and @feetz93 brought lost NOLA restaurant RioMar back for the night at @hotandsoul for a special dinner. It sold out, of course.

But, Hot & Soul will be serving the night’s dishes all week as specials next to their regular menu.

That’s the Panamanian ceviche, mussels with chorizo (the broth brought me all the way back to S. Peters at Julia) , oysters RioMar, black rice with squid and perfect shrimp and tres leches with all the leches.
