Part of the Mentetsu group, which operates a handful of ramen shops around Osaka. Company president and master Shoji-san was inspired to make ramen after eating at Shinasobaya in Totsuka, Yokohama. His parents are also in the restaurant business, and he incorporates fresh fish into the menu using methods he learned from them.
