Recommended bowl: Gyokai double soup

Chicken and gyokai double soup with strong niboshi and house-made curly noodles. Iwashi Ramen is also popular amongst regular customers. Previously the menu was inspired by the famous Tokyo shop Aoba, but eventually changed to the current fish-heavy theme. Run by master Matsumura-san, who is from Kyoto, and learned how to make ramen by himself. Open since 2001. Less
