A bustling unpretentious Italian kitchen with counter and dining room that serves great freshly made dishes. Pop in for a single plate of freshly grilled langoustines or linger longer over a few small plates as I did yesterday.
In white truffle season you can also pop across the street to their gelato shop, buy yourself a truffle by weight and bring it back across to the restaurant to have it shaved over any of the dishes you’ve ordered.
The wine list is solid, the cooks know exactly what they’re doing, and the service is friendly and relaxed — this is one of my favourite spots in London, any day of the week
