Recommended bowl: Hybrid miso ramen

A famous old-school shop located along the Kawabata Shopping Arcade. Although this is Fukuoka, the influence on the food here can be traced to Sapporo. The go-to bowl for most is a hybrid miso ramen influenced by Sapporo style, but made using local Kyushu miso.
