Back at @vilajoya for a special collaboration dinner between 2 star chef @benjamin_chmura of @tantris_maison_culinaire and the team of 2 star Vila Joya with @dieterkoschina at the helm together with @stefanlangmann @marcelodlas where world class cooking, caviar gluttony, and serious mixology came together for one night.

From flying caviar bumps to dishes designed to move with the drinks, this wasn’t about food versus cocktails jt was a dinner where the bar didn’t just support the kitchen, but stood confidently beside it helmed my maestro mixologists @nathanotten @fabspadilla and @susanannmackenzie

And of course with kilos of caviar from mon Ami the caviar pusher @kaviari.lucas of @kaviari_paris
