Hotly anticipated and well worth the wait. Japanese style Italian cuisine at the high end of the spectrum has been in high demand due to the lack of shops that do it well. This is gradually changing though, and when you go to one of the pioneers of the current movement, this shop sits discretely in the upper echelons. Despite the challenges to book this shop, is one of my favourites at the moment in this category. Food has robust flavours, meats are cooked to perfection and service is impeccable.
