THE GREATEST SEAFOOD TOWER IN THE WORLD 🌍 🦞 🦐🦀

Back in July I wanted to celebrate receiving 100.000 followers, and in all of Denmark there is no better place to celebrate than with the seafood tower from @marchal.dk at @dangleterrecph terrace overlooking Kongens Nytorv.

And indeed it was the right choice - the seafood tower from Chef @alexander__baert was nothing short of awe inspiring. It was almost like the Atlantis of seafood towers - so great you can’t believe it exits. It literally had everything the heart desires ♥️
- Lobster with Beluga caviar
- more caviar
- never ending Langoustines
- the worlds best fjord shrimps
- normal shrimps
- razor clams
- scallops
- blue mussels
- 3 kinds of oysters including the best I’ve ever had with more caviar and hazelnuts - wow 🤯
- some of the best butter fried blinis ever
- ridiculous Safran bread and butter brioche
- 3 different dips

But not only that @alexander__baert also treated us to his signature carrot dish which is one of the best and most beautiful dishes I’ve seen 🌺 🥕

The service of @mattia_spedicato was also on another level, performing as it he were in the world club finals of service and determined to win it. And win it he did, so much attention to detail and heart the service was without a flaw.

Lastly, @alexander__baert and @mattia_spedicato surprised me with a cake marking my 100.000 followers, truly blowing me away and making it one of the best dinners of my life. So thank you Alexander, Mattia and the whole @marchal.dk team. I won’t forget it. Less
