The snacks feel more New York than Copenhagen: fried chicken with caviar and vanilla syrup is as wild as it sounds, while the gougère with Iberico pork and truffle competes for the crown 👑
And then of course, the jazz. A stunning room straight out of Gatsby or Inception, complete with a Bösendorfer piano worth more than my yearly salary. Sir @nielslandoky , knighted jazz pianist, composer, and producer, curates a world-class program.
While the music plays, champagne and cocktails arrive, crafted by Alchemist’s former head bartender @michael_haj1
