Right from the start, you know it’s special: the opening oyster dish is presented exactly as it’s cooked, flame-seared in the kitchen, then served tableside still carrying that smoky aroma. A detail unseen elsewhere, setting the tone for a night in Munich newest 3 star restaraunt. Congrats to Tohru an team on their achievement.
