Fluffy, extra-thick ๐ฒ๐ด๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฒ๐ are served against the nostalgic charm of a classic kissaten at ๐๐ฎ ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ด๐๐ฒ in Kyotoโ๏ธ
We visited for breakfast and ordered the ๐ ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ (available from 7:30~11:00), featuring two pieces of their iconic ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ, layered with mustard sauce on one side and demi-glace on the other๐ซถ
Best enjoyed warm and cut in half, alternating each bite to savour both flavoursโจ The set also includes a fresh salad, assorted appetisers, soup, dessert, and a drink of your choice๐ซ
Outside of breakfast hours, the menu shifts to ร la carte - weโd recommend ordering a plate of the egg sandwich alongside another dish to share between two๐
