As much as I'll miss @edotapas Chef @oscarlv360 has given fans plenty to be excited about at his eponymous new shop @amadorcocinafina in the same space. Just four days in the menu explores a lot of ideas, including highlights like the dry aged fish and Baja clam, steak gilda and pantera rosa.
