Great lunch at @palmirabbq with @talesfromthepits and @zavalasbarbecue. Whole hog, sofrito sausage, beef cheeks, barbacoa-topped tostadas, and ribs with collards and those splendid Puerto Rican beans. The hash and rice was particularly savory and delicious today.
