A fun evening at Arts with hand rolls flowing all night long. The guys at Kokoro always bring the top-tier produce - from the cleanest bluefin tuna to the creamiest bafun uni. The attention to detail is what makes it: perfectly seasoned, carefully topped nigiri, crispy nori, and the ideal rice-to-filling ratio in those handrolls. The pop-up ran 17+ courses and was packed with highlights, but my standouts: the uni toast sashimi, madai nigiri, spicy akami hand roll, and the tuna tartlet topped with @n25caviar. When Arts and Kokoro come together, you just know it’s going to be good. #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️ Less
