Visited on June 16, 2026.Despite the difficulty in making a reservation, I found an Omakase course for JPY 13,500 starting at 3 PM, so I booked it. However, a confirmation notice a week prior indicated that it had changed to a short Omakase course (with a bento).There was no explanation regarding the change in the course. As expected from a popular restaurant.This was my first time at Torisho Ishii, and I was excited as the course began. Since taking photos with the camera shutter was not allowed, I downloaded a silent camera app to capture the moments.The meal was filled with a sense of tension from start to finish.- Chicken Breast- Chicken Breast Skewers- Liver Skewers- Chicken Mince Omelette- Tsukune Skewers- Soriresu Skewers- Chicken Ham- Chicken Wing Skewers- Harami Skewers- Chicken Breast with Ume and Grated Daikon Skewers- BentoI tried Takasaka chicken, and it was quite delicious. The course lasted about an hour, and to finish off, we were served rice dishes: Oyakodon and Keema Curry.
