This was my first visit, and the view transitioning from dusk to the night skyline was absolutely stunning.I enjoyed the Ruby Course, starting with the king crab and truffle spring rolls, followed by Peking duck with foie gras, dried abalone, bird's nest, spiny lobster, and kinmedai—each dish featured top-quality ingredients.Although each serving was small, the variety was plentiful, leaving me quite full.Until now, my favorite Chinese restaurant in a hotel was the Kohakugyo at the Palace Hotel, but this experience surpassed that.
