The team at CoCo told me that a three-Michelin-starred chef from Copenhagen once flew to Ho Chi Minh City to try his cooking and was so impressed that he even sent Chef Vương a Michelin Guide mascot.
After experiencing it myself, I can honestly say I’m not surprised.
Such a pleasure finally meeting the chef behind CoCo Dining.
