Not only the eel, but each dish in the course is meticulously prepared, showcasing a thoughtful balance of seasonal flavors. The interior offers a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy your meal while overlooking the garden, which is another charm of this place. The service is pleasant, and everything—from the food to the ambiance and hospitality—is of a high standard, making for a truly special experience. I understand why reservations are hard to come by. I genuinely look forward to returning in a different season; it was an absolutely wonderful restaurant.
