좋은 품질의 식재료로 북한 전통의 변함없는 맛을 선보이고자 하는 식당 사장님의 의지는 그의 부모님의 존함에서 따온 “정인면옥”이라는 이름에도 반영되어 있습니다. 물냉면은 깔끔하고 담백하며, 육향이 가득한 시원한 육수와 쫄깃한 면의 조화가 일품입니다. 아삭한 김치와 곁들여 먹으면 더욱 맛이 좋습니다. 면 요리는 양이 많은 편이며, 육수도 무료로 리필이 가능합니다. 합리적인 가격으로 맛볼 수 있는 어복쟁반 또한 촉촉한 고기와 다양한 소스가 찰떡궁합이라는 평입니다. 모든 고기와 육수는 1++등급 한우를 사용한다는 점도 정인면옥의 추천 포인트입니다.

The restaurant owner aims to share the unwavering taste of North Korean tradition with high-quality ingredients. The restaurant name, “Jeongin Myeonok,” was taken from his parents' names. Mulnaengmyeon (cold noodles) is clean and light, and the combination of Gecool broth full of meaty flavor and chewy noodles is excellent. It pairs well with crunchy kimchi. The portions of the noodle dishes are large, and the broth can be refilled for free. The Boiled Meat Slices Hot Pot which can be enjoyed at a reasonable price, is also said to be a perfect match between moist meat and various sauces. The restaurant only uses 1++ grade Korean beef for all meat and broth.

店主は、北朝鮮の伝統の揺るぎない味を上質な食材で伝えることを目指す。レストラン名「Jeongin Myeonok」は店主の両親の名に由来している。ムルネンミョン（冷麺）はすっきりとした味わいで、肉の旨みが凝縮された冷たいスープとモチモチの麺の組み合わせが絶品。歯ごたえのあるキムチとよく合います。麺料理はボリュームがあり、スープは無料可能。お手軽に楽しめる「スンドゥブチゲ」も、しっとりとした肉と各種ソースが絶妙にマッチしているという。肉もスープもすべて1++等級の韓牛のみを使用。
