Yakiniku Seiryuuen. The true highlight of this restaurant is undoubtedly the Beef Tongue. The thick, salt-marinated Beef Tongue is unlike any I’ve ever had before, with a tenderness that astonished me as it melted on my tongue rather than requiring any chewing. The Yukhoe topped with egg yolk was impressively thick, reminiscent of a Hamburg Steak, offering an unparalleled richness and satisfaction. Among the Horumon, the Heart was completely different from any I had known before, with zero odor and an unexpectedly refined flavor that spread across my palate. The Outside Skirt retained a robust meatiness while being juicy, with each bite releasing a burst of flavorful juices. The raw Beef Tongue sashimi, elegantly garnished with shiso flowers, showcased its fresh and bouncy texture. The tasting plate of Sendai Beef and Matsusaka Beef was luxurious, but I truly felt that the restaurant's real value lies in its Beef Tongue and Horumon. This is a place I would love to visit again.
