An incredible dinner at @longtengseafoodrestaurant π¨π³π¦

Dropped in here for dinner the other day and one look at that menu was enough to go full @boshgram_ on the order
Seafood is definitely the focus at Long Teng, with a huge fresh selection to choose from, but the menu is massive and thereβs plenty beyond that too. Execution across the board was seriously good.
The sweet & sour whole hamour came out almost fluorescent in colour, super crispy and properly addictive, with each piece flaking off perfectly. The soy & ginger steamed grouper was another beauty, ultra tender and aromatic, and one of my favourites of the night. Loved the king crab with crispy garlic, soy green chillies and crispy king oyster mushrooms too.
But that cheung fun was probably the standout of the dim sum, genuinely incredible. Crunchy all the way through, loads of texture and just ridiculously satisfying to eat.
The craziest part of this place though is the upper levels, floors and floors of private dining rooms built for big groups. Some of them are huge, with the biggest seating around 30 people around a giant lazy Susan. Itβs BYOB too.
Great team, huge menu and some seriously good food
