My favourite dish of all from Flamingo. Have always loved this and order it every single time I’m here. A mountain of crispy shoestring fries, 250g of grilled calamari and squid’s heads, lemon butter, peri-peri sauce, tarragon and roasted cherry tomatoes. The fries are super crispy and become the perfect texture once coated in that rich and glossy tomato peri-peri sauce. It’s spicy and sharp, creamy and comforting. For me this is like a calamari version of entrecôte. A super addictive and satisfying main course. A place you can always count on. Food and service always excellent. #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽‍♂️
