Dinner and a couple of glasses of wine 🙄 at ⭐️ @behindrestaurant in London. Well known for having received a Michelin star after just 20 opening days (a Covid anomaly I think), I can say that this 18 seat seafood focused counter is certainly worthy of that accolade.
