Another new opening in Bangkok is @etchabkk Etcha that opened its doors less than a month ago (at time of visit) in the @chatriumgrandbangkok Chatrium Hotel just a short walk from Siam BTS.
Chef @giacomoprimante_ Giacomo Primante “offers a borderless dining experience where local ingredients meet global flair”.
I liked the meal a lot, there were some stunning dishes, the duck and the ravioli I thought were exceptional and the rest of the menu I would struggle to find fault with. Giacomo is a true talent and I would urge you to go and try his cooking.
