Nestled in the hidden corners of Gifu City, this restaurant feels like a secret getaway.Time always seems to flow slowly here, but on this particular weekday, there were fewer customers, allowing for an even more leisurely experience. I was able to enjoy a quiet and luxurious moment. It was so comfortable that I ended up staying longer than planned.^^;On this day, I ordered the following dishes from the à la carte menu:- Homemade Smoked Salmon- Hairy Crab Cream Croquette- Wagyu Tenderloin Steak- Famous Pudding- Premium Malt's Draft Beer- Chikuha Japanese Sake- Mango JuiceThe tenderloin steak was so soft that I enjoyed the pure flavor of the meat without any seasoning at first. It was so tender that I didn't even need a knife, and the sweet juices spread with each bite. The inside was moist and red, while the outside was perfectly charred, showcasing the chef's skill. From the delicate hairy crab cream croquette to the creamy smoked salmon, and finally the incredibly delicious pudding to finish off the meal, it was an outstanding dinner. It's about a 20-minute drive from Gifu Station, and just a few minutes from the Gifu Interchange on the Tokai-Honshin Expressway, making it much easier to access now.Thank you for the wonderful meal!
