Located in the Fukuoka Bay Area, Restaurant Sola is a French restaurant that I visited for a dinner course.The course was more substantial than I expected, but the balance of flavors was excellent, allowing me to enjoy every bite without getting bored.I added caviar to the amuse-bouche of smoked salmon, which added a touch of elegance and elevated my mood right from the start of the course.The dishes featured local ingredients such as vegetables from Itoshima and fish caught in Hakata Bay, showcasing the charm of Fukuoka. The tomatoes, in particular, were impressively delicious, highlighting the quality of the ingredients.Each dish was beautifully presented, making it a feast for the eyes as well. The restaurant's sophisticated atmosphere and calm clientele allowed me to savor my meal at a leisurely pace.With a great balance of food, ambiance, and service, this is a place I highly recommend for a special dinner in Fukuoka.
