At "Sushi Meino" in Azabu-Juban, this sushi restaurant is run by a female sushi chef named Mei, and the staff is entirely composed of women.The sight of Chef Mei skillfully preparing sushi was truly impressive. I was captivated by the elegance of her movements. The rice had a gentle flavor, and the portions were small and easy to eat. Each piece was crafted with care, making it a delightful experience to savor.Including the atmosphere at the counter, it’s a wonderful establishment. The combination of the chef's dignified presence and the gentle sushi creates a comforting ambiance that makes me want to return.
