築地にある創業60年以上を誇る大衆食堂『中村家』へ。
老舗にふわさしい昭和食堂のお手本のような空間にほっこり。メニューは、生姜焼きやアジフライにカレーライスなどやはり大衆的なものばかり。その中で一番人気を誇るのが「肉豆腐」。どちらかといえば、脇役になることが多いメニューだが、中村家の肉豆腐はきっちり主役を張るにふさわしいシルエット。だって、見た目はもはや、すき焼きなのですもの。笑
まだレアな状態の牛肉がたっぷりで、その調理工程までも楽しめる設計。牛肉以外にも、豆腐、椎茸、春菊、えのきなどなど具材もたっぷり。肉の下にはうどんや白滝まであり、すき焼きさえも超えているかも。笑 すき焼きといえば生卵ですが、これの必要性を感じないほど割下が濃厚。これが当然のようにご飯との相性を作るだから、定食としては満点でございます。

I went to Nakamuraya, a popular diner in Tsukiji that has been in business for more than 60 years.

The most popular dish is the "Meat Tofu. Although it is a dish that often plays a supporting role, Nakamuraya's meat tofu has a silhouette worthy of being the star of the show. Because it looks just like sukiyaki. The beef is still in a rare state, and even the cooking process is designed to be enjoyed. In addition to the beef, there are plenty of other ingredients such as tofu, shiitake mushrooms, garland chrysanthemum, and enoki mushrooms. There are even udon noodles and shirataki waterfalls under the meat, which may exceed even sukiyaki. Laughing, I thought of sukiyaki as a dish with a raw egg, but the soup is so rich that I didn't feel the need for it. This naturally makes it a perfect match for rice, making it a perfect set meal.
