We started with the Rock Shrimp Tempura (crispy, lemony, spicy mayo perfection), Japanese fried jidori chicken (SO juicy), and the crispy rice spicy bluefin tuna that I could honestly order twice and not regret it.
But listen… you MUST get these rolls:
The Velvet Toro is next level — layers of bluefin, yuzu truffle soy, arugula, pecorino… it’s rich in the best way.
The White Roll is so fresh and bright with yellowtail + halibut and that little crunch on top.
And the Fire Albacore Roll? Smoky, garlicky, a little spicy… total fire 🔥😉
For our main we shared the Koji Miso Salmon and it was perfectly tender with that savory-sweet miso flavor that melts in your mouth.
And because no date night is complete without something sweet… the Nutella Croissant Pudding sealed the deal. Warm, gooey, chocolatey comfort that makes you sit there a little longer and not rush the night.
