I had the opportunity to make a reservation through an acquaintance! I had heard that you can only order meat once, but it turns out you can order salt-based items just once, while you can order sauce-based and other items one more time (that was the last order).The much-talked-about salt beef tongue was truly delicious... I used to think that good meat has a light and sweet fat, but even better meat has a rich flavor without feeling greasy, and instead, it feels refreshing. It was plump, but unlike the usual crunchy texture of tongue, it had a nice elasticity and was very juicy, making each bite enjoyable. I was also impressed by the beautiful presentation that resembled a flower!I tried the yukhoe, which is also highly praised, and its melting texture was simply the best! It really pairs well with drinks...All the other meats were excellent as well, with beautiful colors! The flavor was mild yet rich, and even the marbled meat had a surprisingly light feel. An acquaintance mentioned that they thought there was outside skirt, and although it wasn't on the menu, I was able to order it, and it was also very delicious.It is indeed a bit pricey, but if I can enjoy some of the best meat of my life at this price, it might actually be a bargain!? I heard that you can make reservations online as well as by phone, so I definitely want to visit again.
