March 3, 2025 Our 3rd visit to one of Nagoya’s two - Michelin 3 ⭐️ restaurants, Hijikata Kaiseki. The rice with uni and tomato was one of the best dishes of our trip. Thanks again to Chef and his wife for their hospitality and providing the much appreciated translation tool throughout dinner.
