July 4th, 2026 A happy 250th 🇺🇸 in Alba. Second evening @piazzaduomoalba: Chef Crippa’s seasonal menu. Beginning with the opening course of dizzying small dishes which cover the entire table, this meal was perhaps the finest example of the range and creativity of one of Italy’s 🇮🇹 top Chef’s.
