Yakitori shop not far from Ebisu. The char and relatively quick cooking time for the skewers is reminiscent of time the owner spent at one of the most famous shops in the world. I generally prefer a bit less char, although the size of the chicken is much better in this form. Buzzy vibe and mostly regulars who are visiting this shop, and so in the end, basically everyone gets a bit sloshed and has a good time. Sits comfortably in the top quartile of shops in Tokyo for sure.
