One of my favourites in the world. It has been a couple of years since the last time, but the meal is as impressive as ever. Absolute precision in execution and perfected service like few other places I have been. It is hard to describe how good the service is, but the extra efforts that are made are bar none. The Inspiration Kitchen is the place to be with good friends.. this meal showed some variations on some classic dishes, but the essence of this place is as close to a singularity as I can expect.
